RIGHTEOUSNESS Exalts A Nation, But sin is a reproach to any people. Proverbs 14:34
|
If we were to look into the window of history, it can clearly be seen that our country has been
shaken from its foundation. From the thunderous cries of atheist, agnostics, and skeptics over
the years, has come waves of charted bombardments. These attacks are not unintentional
but well defined with a purpose. That purpose is to alleviate, to the point of silence, God in our
country.
With many of these leveled attacks coming from well educated people in high places, there
are those in America who have begun to ask, is it really important for religion to play a part in
the direction of our great Nation?
The answer to this question should be emphatically YES! The Bible still affirms, "Blessed is
the nation whose God is the LORD, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance"
(Psalms 33:12). In my opinion, this country has prospered more than any nation in our day
and time because God has always been the center of its establishment.
Any nation that does not revere God is headed for devastating times. No matter what country
a person belongs to they must understand that God rules in the kingdoms of men (Daniel
4:32).
This page is for the purpose of dealing with social issues in the world that affect Christians.
Remember, government has the right to discuss immigration, taxes, etc..., but when it comes
to moral issues, such as marriage, abortion, what our children are taught in schools, then that
is where Christians must step up and stand on the word of God, because it is at this time that
they begin to tread on "Holy Ground."
